Senior Plattform-Architekt / Plattform-Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Engineer who builds our Sovereign-AI-Platform from scratch.
No Hyperscaler-Lock-in, no US-Stack, no 'Cloud-agnostisch'-Marketing. We build explainable, high-performance, enterprise-grade AI on sovereign infrastructure, because our Enterprise-Customers in regulated industries exactly need this. Investor-backed, Munich-Region, Investor-Demo Q1 2027.

Aufgaben

What you build here

• Multi-Tenant Kubernetes-Platform on STACKIT SKE, Greenfield-Architecture with defined Roadmap
• CloudNativePG (CNPG) as Postgres-Layer with Multi-Tenant Row-Level-Security
• Supabase + Keycloak + Infisical Secret Management, neatly integrated
• NetworkPolicies + NGINX Ingress + GitOps with ArgoCD
• Token-Quota-Service for Multi-Tenant LLM-Inference (own Design, no OSS-Drop-in)
• Architecture-Decisions that carry our first Enterprise-Rollout 2027

How we work

• ADRs for every relevant Architecture-Decision, not buried in the Slack-Thread
• Runbooks before Production, not afterwards
• Code Reviews as Standard, not as Exception
• Evaluation-Suites and Loadtests before the first Tenant
• A direct Line to the Founding-Team, no Layer of Project Managers in between

Qualifikation

What we are looking for

• 5+ years Production-Kubernetes-Experience, not 'Kubernetes seen in a Tutorial'
• Postgres-Operator-Track (CNPG, Zalando, Crunchy) with real Multi-Tenant-Setups in Production
• Multi-Tenant SaaS-Architecture, ideally with Row-Level-Security or Schema-per-Tenant
• Sovereign-Cloud-Affinity (STACKIT, IONOS, Open Telekom Cloud) a Plus, not a Must
• Self-sufficient, documentation-ready, pragmatic. You write ADRs gladly, not reluctantly.

Tech-Stack
Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, CNPG, Supabase, Keycloak, NGINX Ingress, Infisical, Python, Go.
