Our practice is built on an evidence-based approach and precise biomechanical understanding , empowering our patients to achieve their goals. We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our passionate and friendly team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a genuine interest in sports physiotherapy. You will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, to a diverse patient population. You will also be involved in mentoring junior physiotherapists and contributing to the ongoing development of the clinic. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking detailed histories, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic imaging. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning. * Provide a range of physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities. * Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and self-management strategies. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. * Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists. * Contribute to the ongoing development of the clinic, including participating in team meetings and professional development activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy. * Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. * Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.
