Senior PHP / Laravel Developer (m/w/d)

eRecht24 IT GmbH develops digital solutions around IT law, data protection, and compliance. Our platforms support thousands of companies in acting legally online. We develop long-lasting, business-critical web applications with high quality standards and a clear product focus.

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a senior PHP / Laravel developer (m/w/d) who takes responsibility and wants to further develop software sustainably.

Tasks

• Further development and optimization of existing Laravel-based systems
• Conceptualization and implementation of new features and applications
• Conducting code reviews and actively ensuring code quality
• Active participation in shaping technical concepts, architectures, and development standards
• Sustained reduction of technical debt and continuous improvement of existing systems
• Tight cooperation with product management and the developer team

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field – or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development
• Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming and web architectures
• Experience in further developing long-lasting, productive web applications
• You take responsibility for code quality and technical decisions beyond your own code
• Structured, quality-conscious working style, team fit, and self-responsibility
• Experience with automated tests in the PHP/Laravel environment (e.g. PHPUnit, Pest)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment processes
• Safe handling of version control (Git) and modern development workflows
• High awareness of code quality, maintainability, and performance

• Salary range: 60,000–75,000 € gross per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
