At the center is the development of a modern CRM system that digitally represents and automates all company processes – from customer management to billing and marketing automation.

Your role

As a PHP Developer (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in the further development and scaling of our own CRM solution, the digital heart of our company for permanent hair removal.

Your tasks

• Development and scaling of the Laravel-based CRM platform

• Backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12

• Building and integration of RESTful APIs

• Integration with external systems (Payment, DATEV, communication etc.)

• Database design & performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)

• Development of unit tests (PHPUnit)

• Participation in architecture and technical decisions

• CI/CD pipelines with Docker & GitHub Actions

• Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

• Completed studies in the field of (Media/Economic) Informatics or comparable training/ experience

• Very good knowledge of PHP (8+) and Laravel (ideally Laravel 10/11/12)

• Experience in developing web applications and backend systems

• Familiarity with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance optimization

• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of external systems

• Knowledge of JavaScript and ideally Vue.js

• Experience with unit testing (e.g. PHPUnit)

• Familiarity with Git, as well as understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g. GitHub Actions, Docker)

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards (Clean Code)

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills in technical communication
