About the team: The E-Commerce IT area at Silky Coders is responsible for the development and performance of sales platforms, such as websites and mobile applications, which serve customers in over 40 markets. E-Commerce teams specialize in key platform elements such as payments, shopping, promotions, returns, and the visual aspect. IT specialists ensure their development, adapting systems to changing market needs, thus influencing the quality of customer service for the brands of LPP Capital Group, such as Reserved, Sinsay, House, Mohito, and Cropp. What is important to us: Advanced knowledge of PHP (minimum 5 years of experience) and its Frameworks, such as Symfony Ability to create SOLID code Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ Knowledge of Git version control system Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) architecture and design patterns Ability to create optimized code, analyze and optimize application performance Experience in integrating with external APIs and handling web services Knowledge of web application security issues An approach to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies High communication skills and openness to collaboration Ability to work effectively in a team and a focus on building positive relationships Proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving Responsibility, reliability, and attention to the quality of tasks performed AI-powered mindset: an open mind to test new AI tools and a desire to implement them where they can bring real time savings or quality improvement.
