Senior PHP Developer (Full-Time)

Job description

You keep our development workflow running smoothly: guiding stand-ups, driving sprints, aligning priorities, and ensuring the team delivers with quality and clarity.

You work side-by-side with our Lead Developer. Together, you will form the backbone of our technical operation, balancing innovation with execution, long-term architecture with day-to-day product development.

What You Will Work On

Lead daily workflow: stand-ups, sprints, retros
Build and maintain PHP & WordPress-based platforms
Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
Implement new features, integrations, and automations
Collaborate with design, product, and editorial teams
Support DevOps workflows and AWS infrastructure
Mentor team members and improve development standards
