Our HR department takes care of the employees throughout their entire Employee Life Cycle - from recruiting to offboarding. This includes personal development as well. You want to support people at noris, promote them, and bring them where they feel most comfortable and can be used best? As a Senior Personalentwickler (m/w/d), you will work together in a small PE team in our HR department and be responsible for the conception and implementation of measures in the area of Learning & Development with great passion.

Aufgaben

• Gestaltung zukunftssicherer Kompetenzportfolios und Transformationsprozesse based on a thorough needs analysis and consultation with management and employees
• Refining career models and steering recurring PE processes such as annual conversations and young talent program
• Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur und -prozesse as Senior Personalentwickler (m/w/d) and impulse giver for trends in the area of Learning & Development
• Organization and implementation of internal and external training measures and workshops with digital methods as well as in-person format and ensuring their effectiveness (e.g. through feedback and key figures)
• Care and development of our internal noris Academy and further development and maintenance of the online learning platform
• Improvement and standardization of onboarding measures and building and caring for an internal mentoring program
• Participation in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives as well as taking over projects, such as health management or employee surveys

Qualifikation

• Study of economics or social sciences or psychology with the corresponding orientation or training with PE further education
• Multiple years of work experience in a comparable position, including the development of goal and development conversations as well as in the context of transformation and change management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills for various target groups
• IT affinity also in the PE environment and willingness to perform administrative tasks
• Team player with a mix of assertiveness, empathetic skills, and creativity
• Good MS-Office knowledge as well as very good knowledge of German in writing and speaking, English knowledge is an advantage
