Your Task

You'll operate our Hannover location and be an important point of contact for our further branches at the same time.

This includes:

• Caring for our customers and employees

• Disposing and planning personnel deployment

• Drafting labour agency contracts

• Paying salaries and recording working hours

• Ensuring compliance with statutory provisions (AÜG, Equal Pay, deadlines)

• Supporting our branches with operational questions

• Participating in the development of our processes

• Disposing

• Tariff agreements

• Branch supplements

• Paying salaries

• Short-term personnel deployments

You work structured, keep an overview even in stressful situations, and enjoy finding solutions.
