Have you been involved in Recruitment and Selection for at least four years, and your next step still hasn't arrived? In Etjca's Permanent Division, the Senior Permanent Consultant has a sphere of true autonomy, reporting directly to the Head of Permanent.

Senior in fact and not just in words. Here, the candidate-driven and skills-driven approach becomes strategy: anticipating the skills the market will demand, building specialized talent pools even before the mandate arrives. And selection is only part of it: the Senior works as an HR consultant, with project planning for assessments, organizational analyses, and salary consulting, from market data to adjustments required by salary transparency. They bring a perspective to the client that goes beyond a single position; to the candidate, a genuine discussion about their career path, not just about the offer. With ownership of a portfolio, mentoring junior colleagues, and a defined next step in the Career Path: leading a team or a specialized practice.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently manage structured clients, multi-site clients, or those with specialized needs;
• Build advanced search strategies: market mapping, competitor intelligence, salary insight, attraction strategy;
• Develop the portfolio: mandate acquisition, cross-selling, client retention, new opportunities;
• Conduct assessments of senior profiles and manage complex negotiations up to onboarding;
• Mentor Candidate Specialists and Consultants on sourcing, interviewing, and client relationship management;
• Contribute to professional verticals and communities with content, events, and market insights.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in recruitment and selection;
• Track record in complex or specialized searches and portfolio development;
• Advanced negotiation skills and ability to manage the final stages of the process;
• Mentoring and method-sharing aptitude.

What we offer

• Contract regulated by the CCNL Commercio, with 14 monthly payments;
• Gross Annual Salary starting from €35,000 based on experience and seniority;
• Semi-annual incentive plan linked to the achievement of objectives;

• Restaurant tickets €7/day for each working day of at least 4 hours.
