(Senior) Performance Marketing - Paid Social Manager (m/f/d)

At Rosental Organics, Meta is growing as a channel, and you will take it to the next level. You will be responsible for our Meta strategy with a clear focus on profitable growth and new customer acquisition. You will make decisions based on data and manage the channel independently. The role has a direct impact on our growth.

• You will manage and further develop our Meta strategy, with a focus on profitable growth and new customer acquisition.

• Performance and trend analyses are your basis for deriving strategic decisions in a data-driven manner.

• You will be responsible for planning, setting up, executing, and optimizing selected campaigns yourself.

• You will continuously monitor performance and consistently implement push, hold, and cut decisions. Reporting and status updates are also part of this.

• You will allocate budgets efficiently and scale existing as well as new campaigns strategically.

• You will further develop account structures, build and implement testing frameworks. Together with the visual designers, you will further develop content and advertising materials based on performance data.

• You have several years of demonstrable experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.

• Your focus is on Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads).

• You can read numbers effortlessly and translate media signals directly into effective actions.

• You balance operational depth with strategic foresight in scaling and account architecture.

• You make complex decisions independently and manage the channel with self-responsibility.

• We expect fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English.
