Tasks

• SMA Strategy: You translate complex business goals into scalable Paid Social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other social networks.
• Creative Leadership: You test hooks as well as formats and convert data insights into measurable profit stories.
• Impact Analysis: You measure success not only by ROAS, but also look at holistic campaign KPIs.
• Full Funnel Management: You plan extensive campaigns for different goals and optimize them for brand goals.
• Platform Synergy: You work closely with our personal contact persons at Meta & TikTok.

Qualification

• Experience: You know LeadGen & eCom from at least 3-5 years of intensive practice – ideally in an agency.
• Analytics Skillset: You interpret dashboards into clear recommendations for action and prioritize measures with a noticeable effect.
• Conscientiousness: You work precisely, document cleanly and ensure the quality from setup to reporting.
