Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are a growth partner for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox, and are currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts along the entire creative process and will actively shape the further development of the brands.

📍 Berlin (Hybrid: Office & Home Office)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the creative process and scaling of paid social campaigns for top brands in DACH

• Creation of scripts for paid & organic content, advertisements, and campaigns

• Close collaboration with the founders

• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets

• Active further development of our performance marketing processes and best practices

• Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualification

• You are a Full Funnel Marketing Specialist (everything from research + angles + copywriting + media buying)

• You have managed a minimum of 7-figure ad spend and already have demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or brand environment

• You have strong communication skills and a real feel for people

• Full availability and the will to go the extra mile
