We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d)

Tasks

• As a creative head and strategic thinker, you conceptualize, plan, and launch advertising campaigns for a colorful palette of brands, including Enpal, KoRo, foodji & Jochen Schweizer Arena. As our customer's point of contact and expert in growth marketing, you are responsible for optimizing these campaigns.
• Optimize is the keyword! You conduct A/B tests, find the one screw that can still be fine-tuned, and create informative reports.
• You're not afraid of a challenge. You manage campaigns with up to 6-figure monthly budgets and always keep an overview while keeping your eyes on the prize.
• Innovation is your horse: You develop not only new strategies and marketing concepts but also actively participate in shaping internal marketing processes and provide strategic support in sales conversations.
• Teamwork! You work closely with the creative team to develop ads that knock people out.

Qualification

• You have 4-5 years of experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or an agency.
• Your marketing understanding gives you a ridiculously good feeling for advertising and target groups. You know the ad manager better than your own back pocket!
• Your marketing understanding doesn't stop at the ad manager, but you also have basic knowledge of tracking and next touchpoints like Shopify.
• You're always up to date with the latest marketing trends, from Instagram and Facebook to TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Contact-friendly, numerate, and analytical, you convince with your proactive personality and a friendly demeanor.
