Your Daily Business

You are responsible for performance. Not tasks – results.

You:

• Take full responsibility for the performance of our top clients from SaaS & Tech Scale-ups (well-known VC-backed companies)
• Are responsible for communication and project management – both internally and with clients
• Conceive, build, and scale paid social (and ideally paid search) campaigns, especially on Google, LinkedIn & Facebook
• Manage monthly budgets in the 5- to 6-figure range and use them for maximum pipeline impact
• Create performance reports with the KPIs that matter – underpinned by a deep understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys
• Proactively challenge clients and internal leadership with better, data-driven ideas

You turn performance data into clear recommendations and raise the quality bar for everyone around you.

You understand paid deeply and know what 'good' really looks like. You can conduct a client conversation and steer it towards business impact.

You bring with you:

• Several years of hands-on experience in building and managing paid social (and ideally search) campaigns with monthly budgets in the 5- to 6-figure range
• A deep understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys and the KPIs that truly matter
• The strategic instinct to connect paid performance with pipeline and revenue
• Confidence in client communication, project management, and stakeholder leadership
• A true growth mindset and a strong connection to the startup mentality
• High AI literacy for research, analysis, and workflow leverage
• Execution speed without loss of quality
• Perfect English; German and other languages are a big plus
