(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (Schwerpunkt Meta) (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer!

DR. EMI ARPA Skin GmbH stands for modern, scientifically founded skin care – manufactured in Germany. Founded by the dermatologist Dr. Emi Arpa, living in Berlin, the company combines effective, high-quality ingredients with fermentations to create solutions that work and are sustainable for all skin types. In this role, you will take strategic overall responsibility for our Performance Marketing. You will develop our growth strategy, define structures, KPIs, and scaling logics and ensure that all channels contribute to profitable growth.
Together with agencies, you will steer Meta as the core channel, build TikTok as another growth channel, and further develop our Google strategy (Search, Shopping, DemandGen).

You are the central interface between Brand, founder, internal teams, and agencies.
A significant part of your work lies on the creative side: part of our paid assets is created directly with our founder Dr. Emi Arpa.

Tasks

• Development and steering of the Performance-General strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Leadership and sparring with agencies
• Budget allocation & optimization with a focus on ROAS and CAC
• Creative strategy including scripts, hooks & formats
• Building a scalable asset pipeline (UGC, Creator, Agency)
• Analysis, reporting & derivation of growth levers
• Taking over basic SEO topics in coordination with Content & Tech

Qualification

You bring:

• 3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Social (especially Meta)
• Strategic thinking combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Experience in collaboration with agencies
• Sense for beauty content and performance logics
• Pleasure in conceiving, writing, and going into detail
