Paid Social is one of our strongest growth drivers and plays a central role in new customer acquisition for mammaly. Therefore, we are looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who with creative power, analytical precision and deep performance marketing knowledge takes our campaigns to the next level, with clear goal: sustainably optimize and scale down Customer Acquisition Cost CAC. You are a high-performing Paid Social pro, who measures growth not only but actively shapes it. You are data-driven, love creative tests, are curious about new formats and love optimizing the funnel further. Tasks

• Eigenständige Skalierung und Steuerung unserer Paid Social Kampagnen auf Meta mit Fokus auf Neukundenakquise für mammaly.
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung des kompletten Funnels, von Ad-Klick über Landing Page bis Checkout, basierend auf datengetriebenen Learnings.
• Entwicklung, Testing und Optimierung von performance-starken Creatives (insb. Video & UGC), inkl. Ideation, Briefing, Storyboarding und Analyse der Creative-Performance.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative & Content Team, Direct Response Copy und CRO, um neue Creative-Konzepte sowie Funnel Tests schnell zu realisieren und iterativ weiterzuentwickeln.
• Kompetitive Markt- und Creative-Analysen, Benchmarking und Trend-Research, um immer „ahead of the curve“ zu bleiben.

Requirements

• Mind. 3 Jahre Hands-on Erfahrung im Paid Social Advertising (Meta).
• Expertise im Direct Response Marketing für D2C Subscriptions oder E-Commerce.
• Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Performance-Daten (z. B. CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Produktion von Performance Creatives (Video & UGC), du kannst Ideen sowohl entwickeln als auch klar briefen.
• Fähigkeit, mit dem Creative Team und Designern effizient zu arbeiten.
• Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Teamorientierung und klare, transparente Kommunikation.
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

Nice-to-Haves

• Erfahrung mit Figma, Canva oder anderen Creative-Tools.
• Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsprozessen (Creative Iterationen, Budgets, Reporting).
• Hands-on Erfahrung im Paid Social Advertising auf TikTok.
• Tiefes Interesse an aktuellen Paid Social Trends, Algorithmus-Updates und neuen Ad-Formaten.
