We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join our Triviar team in Hamburg on a full-time basis.

Now we're looking for you to take our Google Ads setup to the next level and scale budgets efficiently.

Aufgaben

📈 YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER (m/w/d)

You are our specialist for search engine advertising. Your focus is clearly on Google to boost our booking numbers data-driven:

• Google Ads Excellence: You are responsible for the operational management and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns (Search & Shopping). You manage budgets independently and maximize ROAS.
• Keyword- & Bidding-Strategie: You analyze search behavior, identify new keyword clusters, and test bidding strategies to efficiently build our visibility.
• Paid Social Support: As we work performance-oriented, you also support the setup of our Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – your main focus remains clearly on SEA.
• Analyse & Tracking: You use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand customer journeys and ensure a clean tracking setup.
• A/B-Testing: You continuously test ad copy and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.

Qualifikation

🎨 WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have a completed degree (e.g. BWL, Marketing, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of operational search engine marketing (SEA), ideally in building or scaling a brand – preferably in a dynamic environment of a startup or scale-up.
• Tool-Profi: You are absolutely sure in handling Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager and have ideal experience with Meta Ads.
• Analytical Mindset: You love numbers, work structured with Excel/Sheets, and make decisions based on data.
• Excellent Communication Skills (very good German skills in writing and speaking), a high level of independence, and a very detail-oriented working style.
• Team orientation, reliability, and joy in building something.
