• No pure Performance-Marketing
• But the interface of Creator Sales, Performance & Scaling

Your goal:
Income growth through scalable Creator partnerships

Tasks

Performance & Influencer Marketing (Focus: Results & Scaling)

• Gaining and developing high-performance Creators
• BUILDING and scaling Creator partnerships
• Planning, implementing and optimizing campaigns
• Negotiating and concluding cooperation agreements
• KPI analysis and data-based decision-making
• Efficient management and optimization of budgets
• Testing new campaign and cooperation approaches

Daily Business

• Analyzing and evaluating content & performance
• Communication with Creators, Management and Agencies
• Researching and reaching out to new partners
• Managing and optimizing ongoing cooperation
• Reporting and deriving concrete improvement measures
• Synchronizing within the team and weekly 1:1

Qualification

Performance- & Sales-Mindset first. You think in terms of income, scaling and efficiency

Experience. At least 3 years in Performance-, Influencer- or Growth-Marketing (e.g. E-commerce, SaaS).

Track Record. You have already successfully scaled campaigns and delivered results & can prove this.

Ownership. You work independently, structured and don't need micromanagement.

Analytical Strength. You interpret KPIs securely and derive concrete measures from them.

Communication. German (C1) & English (B2), secure in exchange with Creators, Management and Partners.
