Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are a growth partner for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts throughout the entire creative process and actively shape the further development of the brands.

Remote possible. Flexible working hours and attractive remuneration await you.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the creative process and scaling of paid social campaigns for the top brands in DACH

• Creation of scripts for paid & organic content, advertisements, and campaigns

• Close collaboration with the founders

• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets

• Active further development of our performance marketing processes and best practices

• Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualifications

• You are a Full Funnel Marketing Specialist (Everything from Research + Angles + Copywriting + Media Buying)

• You have managed a minimum of 7-figure ad spend and already have demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or brand environment

• You have strong communication skills and a real feel for people

• Full availability and the will to go the extra mile
