Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – mit Perspektive Team Lead

You bring our marketing to the next level – with a clear focus on performance, pipeline, and measurable growth. As you work operationally deep in performance marketing, you will develop yourself step by step into a team lead role.

Your Role

• You are responsible for our performance-marketing activities (including Paid, SEO/Content, possibly Paid Social) with a clear focus on leads, conversion, and pipeline impact
• You develop campaigns along the entire funnel and optimize them continuously based on data
• You work closely with Sales to direct marketing measures directly at revenue and pipeline
• You steer external partners (e.g. SEA/SEO agencies) and develop our channels strategically further
• You develop our CRM and marketing automation setups (e.g. HubSpot) further – including lead management & nurturing
• You take on more ownership and will eventually assume responsibility for the team members

Your Development with us
This role is deliberately designed so that you can develop towards a team lead:

• You will take early responsibility for central marketing areas
• You will be actively involved in strategic decisions
• You will develop yourself – at your own pace – into a professional and disciplinary leadership role

What we like

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in the B2B or SaaS environment
• A strong focus on numbers, KPIs, and measurable impact (leads, conversion, pipeline)
• Experience with common tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Ads, Analytics etc.)
• You think marketing consistently sales-driven and understand funnel logic
• You have experience in project management, stakeholders, or external partners
• You are eager to take on responsibility and develop towards a team lead
