To strengthen our central marketing team, we are looking for a

Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for a Private Clinic

with a strong hands-on focus, who will take operational and strategic responsibility for the marketing area of our 40 clinics in Europe.

Your Tasks:

• Independent setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads / Social Ads

• Budget responsibility for Europe-wide campaigns

• Control of campaigns according to clear KPIs (CPL, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, Appointment Rate)

• Setup, maintenance, and optimization of tracking & funnel structures

• Lead tracking and ROI analysis to make the success of our campaigns measurable

• Use, evaluation, and optimization of existing video & content assets

• Close collaboration with external video production companies and agencies

• Regular performance reporting for management and the executive board

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in performance marketing

• Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Social Media Advertising

• Deep understanding of conversion optimization and funnels

• Experience with higher budgets and accountability for results

• Proficient in using

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Business Manager

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • CRM Lead Tracking

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification

• Structured and independent way of working

• Very good German and English language skills
