(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

For this, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager in our dynamic team in Berlin.

Your responsibilities

As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our paid marketing channels – from Search and Paid Social to App Marketing.

You will work confidently with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Data, understand numbers, develop a clear opinion, and represent it persuasively. Together, we will implement ideas into campaigns that offer added value to our users.

• Planning, implementation, and management of paid marketing campaigns in the areas of SEA (Google Ads), ASA (Apple Search Ads), and Social Ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.) – from conception to ongoing optimization
• Continuous analysis and optimization of campaign performance based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key figures
• Conception, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests for ads, target groups, and landing pages
• Collaboration with Content, Design, and Product teams for the implementation of consistent, performance-oriented campaigns
• Creation and evaluation of KPI reports, as well as derivation of operational and strategic measures
• Use of Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, and similar tools for precise data analysis
• Monitoring of relevant developments and trends in performance marketing, as well as integration of new approaches into daily work

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in the area of digital products or FinTech.
• Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing SEA, ASA, and Social Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills as well as practical experience with analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and enjoy deriving clear insights from data.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for the efficient use of marketing budgets, considering short-term customer acquisition costs (CAC) and long-term customer value (LTV).
• A self-reliant, operational working style, curiosity, and the ability to persuasively communicate and consistently implement your recommendations.
• Very good German (C2) and English language skills

Nice to have:

• Initial experience in affiliate marketing or managing partner networks.
• Background in marketing FinTech or financial services.
