Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

• We are a growing startup from the e-learning / education sector and enable hundreds of active customers to start a career in IT as career changers.
• We offer practice-oriented online further training and have already helped hundreds of career changers find jobs in IT. It doesn't matter if they were yoga teachers, engineers, marketing specialists, or taxi drivers before.
• Our goal is to train the IT junior talent that Germany needs for digitalization. To achieve this, we need you to strengthen our team and reach our ambitious growth targets.

We are looking for you to strengthen our marketing team with a clear goal: to attract qualified participants for our further training courses and to drive our growth data-driven. We are not looking for a purely interface or control role. You think strategically and at the same time implement campaigns operationally yourself. You understand how reach becomes qualified leads and how leads become participants, and you take responsibility for performance along this funnel.

• You will further develop our cross-channel performance marketing strategy and translate it into concrete campaigns, tests, and measures.
• You will manage and optimize our paid channels, especially Google Ads and Meta, working closely with our agency partners.
• You are close enough to the platforms to set up, analyze, and optimize campaigns yourself, as well as to professionally challenge the work of our agencies.
• You do not manage marketing based on reach or clicks, but along relevant performance KPIs such as lead quality, CPL, and conversion rate.
• Together with the management, you will be responsible for a 7-figure marketing budget and derive concrete decisions for budget allocation and scaling from the results.
• You will analyze our entire marketing funnel, identify potential, and develop hypotheses on how we can attract more qualified participants.
• Together with the Content and Media team, you will develop new campaign approaches and contribute concrete ideas for creatives, messages, target groups, and landing pages.
  
  

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing and have already taken responsibility for lead generation and performance KPIs.
• You have in-depth experience with paid marketing, especially Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, and understand campaigns not only at the reporting level but also operationally.
• You have experience working with marketing agencies and are eager to build and maintain these partnerships.
• You are structured and creative and are keen to try out new channels, formats, and AI tools.
• You are team-oriented, communicate clearly, and enjoy taking on operational responsibility.
• You have German language skills at least at C1 level.
