To strengthen our shop team, we're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in full-time. We operate and market Pallit.com in 10 countries and 6 languages.

• Sales and Leads: You increase our raw revenue through performance marketing activities in more than 10 markets

• Tracking and You continuously conduct experiments and test new creatives, ad copy, landing pages, budget allocation, and channels to uncover unexplored search intents and target groups. While ensuring we reach our growth targets and remain as efficient as possible

• Together: You work closely with your colleagues, sharing insights, developing new ideas, and challenging each other to drive the growth of Pallit forward

• Support: You support your team in shop management tasks within the Shopify environment, e.g., by setting up new products and optimizing content Your Team

• Cross-functional: We're a 4-person team consisting of developers, designers, marketers, and product owners

• Remote: We live in four European countries – some of us work fully remotely

• Agile: We work with Scrum, two-week sprints, planning, and refinement. We synchronize daily stand-ups and Slack. We use quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to achieve our goals

• Lean: We have flat hierarchies, a high level of mutual trust, and place great value on a learning and growth culture

Your Profile

• Erfahrung: You bring 5+ years of practical experience in the e-commerce field, with terms like Paid Search and Paid Social being no strangers to you. B2B experience is a big plus
• Ausbildung: You have an above-average degree from a European university in a relevant field
• Sprachen: You possess fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking (C1+)
• Standort: You live in the Munich metropolitan area
• Data Enthusiast: You enjoy data-driven thinking, high numerical affinity, and developed analytical skills
• Focused: You work structured, have a love for detail, and a high standard of accuracy
• Growth Mindset: You possess a proactive, result-oriented working style with the desire to continuously develop yourself
• Industry Interest: You bring an honest interest in the intralogistics industry
