• Independent management and strategic development of Meta Ads accounts
• Development and implementation of scalable paid social and performance strategies
• Continuous analysis and optimization of campaigns, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Development of creative strategies, testing roadmaps, and data-based optimization approaches
• Use of AI for creative ideation, research, analysis, testing, and automation
• Proactive identification and implementation of new performance, creative, and growth potentials

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads
• In-depth expertise in campaign management, scaling, and creative strategy
• Demonstrable experience in the independent management and scaling of complex accounts
• Strong analytical understanding and proficiency in tracking, attribution, pixels, and Conversion API
• Confident use of AI tools for creative ideation, analysis, testing, and automation
• High degree of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making ability
