Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Media Buyer Meta (m/w/d)

Modern Media is a performance marketing agency with a focus on advertorial funnels for D2C brands – supplements, beauty, health, e-commerce. We create and publish hundreds of advertorials weekly on our own content network and scale them through paid media.

We are not a traditional agency: we work strongly AI-based with self-developed tools – from content production to creative creation. A lot of dev power in the team, little manual effort. A small A-team where everyone has real impact. No meeting culture, no politics, short distances.

Tasks

You are responsible for Meta accounts of our customers end-to-end – from creative creation to campaign structure to scaling. You work directly with our in-house advertorials and create your ad creatives using our AI tools. No waiting for a creative team – you have the complete test loop in your own hands and decide what goes live, what scales, and what dies.

• Creation of ad creatives with our AI tools based on our advertorials – hooks, angles, ad copy included

• Building, steering, and scaling Meta campaigns for several D2C accounts

• Systematic creative and angle testing based on our advertorial funnels

• Weekly performance reports and direct coordination with customers via Slack

Qualification

• 3+ years hands-on Meta media buying, including accounts with a monthly spend of 6-7 figures scaled

• You create your test creatives independently – openness to AI-supported creative workflows, strong ad copy skills, and a sense for hooks

• Experience with advertorial/presell funnels and strong understanding of direct-response

• Safe handling of tracking setups (CAPI, attribution, post-purchase surveys, etc.)

• Independent, structured work style – remote means trust, not control at our company

• Fluent German (customer communication)
