(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation (m/w/d)

You support us in building and optimizing our lead generation funnels. You work cross-channel with a focus on Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Campaigns. You bring an analytical mindset and enjoy data-driven performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities

Affiliate & Social Performance

• Optimization of existing affiliate partnerships for lead generation
• Implementation and monitoring of social media advertising campaigns
• Creation of reports and recommendations for all channels

E-Mail-Marketing & CRM

• Concept, implementation, and evaluation of email campaigns
• Analysis and optimization of cross-selling measures
• Data maintenance and segmentation in the CRM system

Search Engine Advertising (SEA)

• Development and implementation of SEA campaigns with a focus on lead generation
• Ongoing evaluation of campaign performance (CPL, CR, etc.)
• A/B tests and optimization of landing pages for conversion rate increase

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Very good knowledge of SEA and Affiliate Marketing
• Good knowledge of Email Marketing and Social Ads
• Good understanding of marketing-sales-funnels and KPIs

Tool-Know-how:

• Required: Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Desired: GetResponse, Zapier, Heyflow
