• Independent management and strategic further development of Google Ads accounts
• Development and implementation of scalable SEA strategies aligned with defined performance goals
• Continuous analysis, optimization, and strategic allocation of budgets
• Identification and implementation of growth, testing, and automation potentials
• Use of AI for analysis, research, campaign optimization, reporting, and efficient workflows
• Proactive further development of Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
• In-depth expertise in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube
• Demonstrable experience in independent management and scaling of complex accounts
• Strong analytical understanding and proficiency in tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs
• Confident use of AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and more efficient workflows
• High degree of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making ability
