Job description

As (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager - SEA, you will be an important part of our Growth-Team in Marketing and bear the strategic and budgetary responsibility for all our Paid Search and Google Ads channels. Additionally, you will drive experiments with new marketing channels forward and are responsible for strategic growth projects to continuous performance optimization.

Your responsibility:

• Responsibility for our Paid Search, YouTube and Display campaigns, both strategically and budgetarily
• Management of marketing channels regarding campaign control and optimization
• Identifying growth potential, conducting performance analyses and creating reports
• Project management (planning, controlling, implementing, analyzing success)

Das bringst du mit:

• At least 2 to 4 years of practical experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on SEA and Google Ads
• Hands-on experience in conceiving, implementing, optimizing and reporting paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads)
• Budget responsibility as well as proven experience in continuous performance optimization based on relevant KPIs
• Outstanding analytical skills as well as secure handling of analysis and tracking tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
• Ideal experience with YouTube campaigns
• German language skills at a native speaker level paired with very good English language skills
