We are looking for an experienced developer... clockin is one of the fastest-growing Operating Systems for small businesses in the DACH region. With over 8,000 active accounts and a strong PLG motion, we stand at a crucial point: We have the budget, channels, and ambition - now we need the strategic lead who brings Performance Marketing to the next level.
Mit mindestens 4 Jahren Vorerfahrung übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für ein signifikantes Performance-Marketing-Budget und baust daraus eine skalierbare, kanalübergreifende Wachstumsmaschine. Du skalierst bestehende Kanäle, baust neue Push-Kanäle von Grund auf, etablierst CRO als eigenständige Disziplin und führst dabei ein junges, motiviertes Team, das Ownership will und Leitplanken braucht.
