To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who will elevate our marketing to the next level.

Full responsibility for the digital growth of CAPULET Jewelry.

You are responsible for the entire Paid Growth area at CAPULET – from the first idea to scalable revenue.

End-to-End Ownership

• Responsibility for revenue over Meta & Google
• Focus on growth of CAPULET Shops, not just campaigns

100% Ownership for Meta & Google Ads

• Setup, structure, control, and scaling of all campaigns
• Budget responsibility & ROAS control
• Fast, data-based decisions

Tracking, Daten & Auswertung

• Safe handling of:
• Meta Business Manager
• Google Ads
• GA4
• GTM
• Conversion API
• Google Search Console
• You have explicit knowledge of klar (is already set up and used)

Optimierung & Skalierung

• Ongoing improvement of performance
• Identification of levers and bottlenecks
• Aggressive scaling of successful campaigns

Creative Optimierung

• Development of Ad-Ideas, Hooks & Concepts
• Tight connection between Creative & Performance
• Fast iteration of Ads based on data

KI & Effizienz

• You have comprehensive experience in using KI for:
• Analysis
• Creative-Iteration
• Faster decisions
• Ideal implementation of simple workflows / automations -> creation of own Claude Agents

Qualifikation

• Multiple years in Performance Marketing, CRO & Scaling in E-Commerce with focus on growth & conversion
• Numerical results (scaled accounts)
• Better yet Shopify knowledge
• Deep understanding of all relevant tracking tools
• Understanding for Creatives as performance levers
• Experience with Attribution tool KLAR
• Experience with Claude & KI Tools
• Eigenständig, strategisch & with genuine growth mentality
• Sense of aesthetics, brand & luxury lifestyle
