Senior Performance & Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a person to join our team as a Social Media Specialist.

If you know how to build a brand through social media actions, can analyze data and co-create communication strategy in a highly competitive industry - maybe we're looking for just You!

As Social Media Specialist you will:

• plan, create and publish content on social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) according to the brand tone,

• conduct ongoing communication with users: respond to comments, private messages and reactions,

• actively build and develop community around the inFakt brand (engagement, relationships, loyalty),

• moderate discussion and take care of high-level merit-based communication,

• cooperate with marketing team, video, influencer marketing and expert teams (accountants, advisors),

• initiate special actions, Q&A, live's, thematic series and community formats,

• react to trends and current events in social media,

• co-create communication strategy and test new formats,

• analyze and report on results (reach, engagement, growth of community) and optimize publications.
