Job description
What will you do?
- Convert client briefings into advanced, data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Set up and optimize media and performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Social Ads, SEA, SEO, influencer marketing, email marketing, etc.).
- Determine KPIs and ensure maximum ROAS, particularly for e-commerce customers.
- Integrate new technologies such as AI, marketing automation, and chatbots into campaigns.
- Analyze data and report: you monitor performance, optimize ongoing campaigns, and advise clients and colleagues on improvement opportunities.
- Implement & test tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs.
- Coaching & mentoring: you guide junior and mid-level team members, share best practices, and ensure knowledge building within the team.
