Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Development of cross-channel performance strategies
  (SEA, SEO, Meta, Paid Social, possibly LinkedIn Ads)
• Conceptualization of funnels, customer journeys & touchpoint logics
• Strategic budget allocation & prioritization of channels
• Definition of KPIs, measurement concepts & success criteria
• Analysis of performance data including clear action recommendations
• Strategic sparring for:
• Performance Team Lead
• SEO strategy
• Account- & Key-Account-Management
• Support in:
• Customer strategies
• Audits
• Pitches & proposal concepts
• Translation of business goals into executable marketing strategies

What you don't do here

• No permanent campaign maintenance
• No classical account management
• No pure reporting without added value
• No micromanagement of operational teams

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
• Very good understanding of: Google Ads / Meta Ads
• Knowledge of cross-channel funnel- & tracking logics
• Strategic thinking beyond individual channels
• Strong numerical understanding & KPI focus
• Sovereign communication - internally and externally
• Able to clearly explain complex relationships
• Independent, structured working style
