Senior Performance Engineer / Engineer Location: Gdynia Technologies we use Required Java WebLogic JMeter AppDynamics Dynatrace New Relic Temenos Core Banking About the project Senior Performance Engineer is responsible for ensuring high performance and stability of Java applications running in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on performance testing, monitoring applications, and identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in critical business systems. Project tasks include: • Conducting performance tests using JMeter and other tools to identify potential issues • Monitoring application performance using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic • Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in critical business systems • Collaborating with developers to optimize application performance • Providing recommendations for improving application performance • Participating in the development of new applications and services. The ideal candidate should have: • Strong knowledge of Java and its ecosystem • Experience with WebLogic and JMeter • Familiarity with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic • Understanding of Temenos Core Banking • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong communication skills.
