Your profile

Performance- & Sales-Mindset first. You think in terms of revenue, scalability, and efficiency

Experience. At least 3 years in performance-, influencer-, or growth-marketing (e.g. e-commerce, SaaS).

Track Record. You have successfully scaled campaigns and delivered results & can prove it.

Ownership. You work independently, structured, and don't need micromanagement.

Analytical strength. You securely interpret KPIs and lead concrete measures.

Communication. German (C1) & English (B2), secure in exchange with creators, management, and partners.

Your tasks

Performance & Influencer Marketing (Focus: Results & Scalability)

• Gaining and developing performance-strong creators

• BUILDING and scaling creator partnerships

• Planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns

• Negotiating and concluding cooperation agreements

• KPI analysis and data-based decision-making

• Efficiently steering and optimizing budgets

• Testing new campaign and partnership approaches

Daily Business

• Analyzing and evaluating content & performance

• Communication with creators, management, and agencies

• Researching and outreach to new partners

• Steering and optimizing ongoing partnerships

• Reporting and deriving concrete improvement measures

• Synchronizing in the team and weekly 1:1
