Aufgaben

You love developing creative ideas that don't just look good, but really perform? You think about Ads not first setting up, but what people in the feed stop and buy?

Then this might be exactly your thing.

As Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you are responsible for our Creatives at Funzy. You develop Ad concepts along the entire funnel that grab attention, spark interest, and drive sales. It's not about just producing more Ads or slightly optimizing existing ones, but always finding new, strong ideas that stand out and can be scaled.

You combine creative thinking with a clear performance understanding and use data not only for analysis, but above all to come up with better ideas.

• Development and further development of our Paid-Social-Creative-Strategy with focus on scalable Creatives along the entire funnel (ToF, MoF, BoF).
• Conceptualization of high-converting Direct-Response Ads; from Hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion logics.
• Development of strong Creative Territories, new Ad ideas, and launch narratives for existing and new products.
• Analysis of performance data and creative insights to specifically further develop winning Creatives and derive new testing approaches.
• Development and prioritization of various ad formats such as UGC, Skits, Greenscreen, Social Proof or Comparison Ads.
• Tight collaboration with Design, Content, and Performance Marketing to quickly translate ideas into effective Creatives.
• Conceptualization of larger assets like shootings or hero videos, always with a clear focus on performance and scalability.

Qualifikation

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or equivalent education (e.g. digital marketing)
• Multiple years of experience in DTC Paid Social/Performance Creative, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• Proven experience with Direct-Response Creatives
• Strong understanding of Buyer Psychology & Conversion Logic
• Experience working with performance data & testing
• Safe handling of tools like Motion, ideally also AI tools
• Sense for formats, trends, and effective communication
• Structured, independent work style and genuine ownership
• Fluent German and English skills
