Your Position

• End-to-End Design Implementation: You are responsible for the complete visual design of all creatives (video editing, animations, image processing, graphic design) for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels. You ensure that our ads are both extremely performant and visually appealing
• Agile Testing & Iteration: Based on data-driven insights from our reports, you create new creative designs (e.g., different visual hooks, color schemes, or layouts) to continuously optimize campaigns
• Ai-Workflow Pioneer: You drive the topic of AI enablement actively forward. You integrate generative KI (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, LLMs) into your daily design process to efficiently generate image and video assets, vary backgrounds, and minimize repetitive tasks
• Creative Concept & Copywriting: You develop visual concepts and storyboards for new campaigns and write corresponding conversion-strong ad copy (hooks, captions). In close coordination with content production, you ensure that assets are produced efficiently and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows
• Trend Screening & Market Analysis: You have your ear to the pulse of time, continuously analyzing creative trends on social media and ads from competitors, and translating these inspirations directly into new, tailored designs for 1KOMMA5°

Your Profile

• Experience: 4-6 years of proven professional experience in the field of graphic design, motion design, or video editing – ideally in a hyper-growth environment (D2C, E-commerce) with a clear focus on paid social performance ads
• Excellent Design Craftsmanship: You have an outstanding eye for aesthetics, typography, image language, and timing in video editing. You love turning concept ideas into attention-grabbing assets
• Performance Mindset: You understand that good design in marketing must convert. You have a deep understanding of relevant KPIs (e.g., thumbstop rate, CTR) and use these insights as creative fuel
• Ai-Native: Generative KI is part of your toolkit. You have great fun shaping processes in the design field through KI tools to make them more efficient and smarter
• Profi-Tech-Stack: You master relevant design and video editing tools absolutely securely (e.g., Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut Desktop) and are proficient in handling leading AI applications
• Hands-on Mentality & Project Responsibility: You steer your creative projects independently from the briefing phase to final delivery, keeping timelines and task packages in mind, and remaining flexible even with last-minute changes. Direct, data-driven exchange within the team is self-evident for you. Fluent German skills round out your profile
