Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Senior People Operations Associate to join our team! As a key member of our People Operations department, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our global workforce. This includes managing employee records, processing benefits, handling HR-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: * Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee information in our HR system. * Process benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. * Handle HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and external partners. * Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations related to employment. * Collaborate with the People Operations team to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. * Provide exceptional customer service to our global workforce, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners. * Proficiency in HR systems and software, such as Workday or BambooHR. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
