We are currently looking for you in full-time to fill the position of Senior People & Culture/HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our office in Munich (Werksviertel).

As a Senior People Culture/HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Advising the management team in the areas of talent acquisition, employee development, and retention

• Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and close collaboration with team leaders and the management team

• Central point of contact for all employees and active maintenance of relationships with employees

• Implementation and administration of HR policies and responsibility for all HR processes, including performance management, payroll, employee development, employee retention, and recruitment

• Monthly reporting on key HR metrics as well as preparation of reports and presentations, including participation in and presentation to the HR Committee

• Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and laws

• Leading a team with one colleague

What you bring:

• At least five years of professional experience in various HR areas, with relevant experience in recruiting

• In-depth knowledge of German labor law

• Strong passion and motivation to contribute and shape in the long term, as well as an entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills, including in intercultural environments, with a solution-oriented approach

• Ability to lead projects from start to finish and to work in highly digitized workflows

• Previous experience in leading employees is an advantage

• Structured way of working and team player mentality

• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken

• Language skills in Spanish, Italian, and Polish are an advantage
