Senior People & Culture Manager (F/M/D) (Parental Leave Representation)

Your Tasks

We are looking for ...

… You as Senior People & Culture Manager (F/M/D) (Parental Leave Representation), to strategically and operationally manage the People function at entity x®.

The position is for 12 months fixed-term and will be filled with approximately 30 hours per week.

• People Strategy: You are responsible for and accompany the People strategy along the entire Employee Lifecycle (strategically and operationally).
• Employee Experience: Continuous development of the Employee Experience through and connecting initiatives.
• Sparring & Stakeholder Management: As part of the Leadership Team, you work closely with management and contribute to ensuring the success of entity x®.
• Recruiting: You are responsible for and steer the entire Recruiting process until successful occupation of open positions.
• Culture & Engagement: You shape and strengthen an inclusive High-Performance Culture along our values, with a focus on a happy and engaged team.
• Office Management: You ensure a smooth flow of office organization.

Your Profile

• Comprehensive experience in the People sector, including several years of collaboration with management and/or founder level (ideally in a dynamic agency environment).
• You bring a hands-on mentality and are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and result-focused.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: Communication on eye-level with Investors/Board members as well as with different employee groups.
• You possess strong communication skills with fluent German and English knowledge.
• You have high identification with the People sector and an intrinsic motivation to build a trusting relationship with the entire team.
