(Senior) Penetration Tester / Red Teamer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

You can expect:

• Offensive Security: You will conduct independent penetration tests, identify vulnerabilities in complex IT landscapes, and analyze attack paths across network, system, and application levels
• Realistische Angriffssimulation: You will test the security chains of a company as part of Advanced Cyber Attacks and Red Teaming Assessments
• Technisches Consulting: You will advise our customers independently on modern security architectures, attack scenarios, and best practices
• Analyse & Reporting: You will prepare technical results tailored to the target group, make complex attacks understandable, and lead to concrete, implementable recommendations for our customers
• Research & Development: You will actively contribute to the development of new attack techniques, tools, automations, and infrastructure
• Gemeinsame Expertise: You will be part of a highly qualified team where everyone brings their special expertise and contributes to the success of the entire team

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• Erfahrung: Several years of professional experience in IT Security with a focus on Penetration Testing and/or Red Teaming
• Technisches Know-how: Fundamental knowledge in Active Directory, Enterprise Networks, and/or Cloud environments (AWS, Azure etc.)
• Development Skills: Programming experience, ideally in Python, Go, Java, C/C++ or C#
• Mindset: You have a quick understanding ability and bring new perspectives to complex security challenges („think outside the box“)
• Kommunikation: You enjoy consulting, convey technical content clearly, and can communicate it both to specialized teams and management
• Arbeitsweise: You work structured, solution-oriented, and analytically, take responsibility for your projects, and deliver results at a high level
• Sprachkenntnisse: You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Reisebereitschaft: You are willing to travel around 20%
• Nice to have: Certifications like OSCP, OSWA/OSWE, CRTO, SANS or comparable qualifications
