Senior Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) – LOGA HR (P&I)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Processing and managing payroll data for our employees in Germany; • Ensuring compliance with German payroll regulations and laws; • Providing expert advice and support to our HR team on payroll-related matters; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee salaries, benefits, and other payroll-related information; • Collaborating with our finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data into our financial systems; • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our employees and HR team members; • Providing exceptional customer service to our employees and HR team members; • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive business results and improve HR processes; • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, human resources, accounting); • At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field; • In-depth knowledge of German payroll regulations and laws; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software; • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
