• Independent execution of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees

• Maintenance and administration of master HR data and payroll-relevant information

• Contact person for employees, managers, and external bodies (authorities, health insurance companies, insurance companies) in all payroll-related matters

• Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and social security regulations

• Creation of evaluations, reports, and statistics for HR and management

• Support with year-end closing activities (e.g., wage tax certificates, social security declarations, annual reports)

• Participation in projects for the further development and digitalization of payroll processes

• Close cooperation with HR administration, finance, and external service providers

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualification in human resources or payroll accounting

• Several years of professional experience in payroll (industrial company or 3-shift system) – ideally as a senior or in a comparable role

• Very good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law

• Experience with common payroll accounting systems (e.g., SAP HCM, DATEV, LOGA, UKG, or comparable systems)

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• High accuracy, sense of responsibility, and discretion

• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working

• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork

• Good knowledge of English
