Perform advanced payroll validation and manage complex payroll scenarios across multiple countriesReview and validate new hire, absence, leave, and termination data before payroll processingEnsure statutory termination documentation is prepared and delivered in compliance with legal requirementsAct as a subject matter expert for payroll processes and escalationsLead payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviewsDevelop and maintain payroll controls, process documentation, and SOPsMonitor payroll KPIs and create analytical reports for leadershipDrive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiativesSupport payroll projects, system upgrades, and vendor transitionsCollaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll providersMentor and support junior payroll team members Extensive payroll experience in an international and multi-country environmentStrong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and internal controlsExperience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and process optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage priorities independently and engage with stakeholders at different levelsHands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and advanced ExcelPayroll system: MazarsFluent English communication skills Continuous support during the assignmentIndividual all-round care: Support throughout the entire application phase With us, all doors are open to HR specialists in fields such as recruiting, HR management, personnel development, payroll or HR controlling.We will accompany you throughout the entire recruitment process and provide you with relevant additional information.
