We are seeking a Sr. Payroll Manager – APAC to lead payroll operations across India and the Philippines. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, audits, and system migrations (Workday, ADP, etc.), while collaborating with global HR, Finance, and business leaders. As a Sr. Payroll Manager – APAC, you will be responsible for: • Managing payroll operations across India and the Philippines, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. • Collaborating with global HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes. • Conducting audits and system migrations (Workday, ADP, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Providing expert guidance and training to payroll team members. • Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting payroll operations.
