(Senior) Partnerships Manager DACH (m/f/d)

• You identify and acquire high-performance partners primarily on a commission basis (affiliate/influencer partnerships via UpPromote + other platforms), lead complex contract negotiations, and ensure razor-sharp campaign briefings.
• You manage cross-channel cooperations from A to Z and simultaneously act as a mentor and technical point of contact for your team members in operational execution.
• You strategically expand the existing network, maintain long-term key relationship partnerships for BEARS WITH BENEFITS, and develop innovative approaches to increase brand loyalty.
• You are responsible for monitoring and in-depth analysis of relevant KPIs. Based on data-driven insights, you derive recommendations for action, optimize budgets, and make independent strategic decisions about continuing or scaling partnerships.
• With your expertise and hands-on mentality, you actively drive the growth of the channel and bring new, innovative impulses into the global marketing strategy.

• You have 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing (ideally in the D2C,beauty, or lifestyle sector) as well as a completed degree or comparable training in marketing,communication, or business.
• You speak fluent German & English, Dutch is a plus
• You are passionate about beauty topics and actively use social media platforms in your private life
• As an organizational talent, you always keep an overview even with parallel country campaigns. You are characterized by strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a proactive hands-on mentality.
