Mō te Tūranga | About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Personal Banking space. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. • Leading and managing a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues and partners. • Collaborating with other leaders across the bank to achieve shared goals and objectives. • Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for innovation and improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, marketing). • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role in banking or a related industry. • Proven track record of delivering results-driven strategies and achieving business objectives. • Strong understanding of the Personal Banking market and trends. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
