Job description
We are looking for you as a Senior Associate Partner Enablement (m/f/d) to support the Partner Operations & Performance team in Berlin or Munich.
You will develop and implement training and certification programs as well as learning formats for our IT service partners to ensure excellent product and process know-how and thus guarantee an outstanding customer experience when onboarding our products. As a liaison between IT service partners and internal teams, you will ensure sustainable knowledge management. AI-supported work is part of our DNA – you bring the curiosity and pragmatism to use these technologies daily for excellent operational results, to scale operational output, and to make processes more efficient.
Your Responsibilities
- Development & Execution of Partner Training Programs: You will conceptualize initial and ongoing training on Doctolib products, technical requirements, onboarding processes, and tools, and create target-group-specific materials and formats.
- Knowledge Management & Enablement: You will ensure that IT service partners have the necessary know-how and know where to find relevant knowledge to successfully master all onboarding tasks.
- Setup & Maintenance of a Certification System: You will develop a structured certification and re-certification system, thereby creating a reliable foundation for uniform quality standards.
- Reporting & Data-Driven Further Development: You will create reports on training success and knowledge gaps, derive measures from them, and continuously improve the enablement programs based on partner feedback, product developments, and quality audits.
- Service Partner Development & Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure that IT service partners act as convinced brand ambassadors and inspire our customers.

To become part of our team, you bring the following:
- Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Enablement
- Strong communication skills & enjoyment in knowledge transfer
- Didactic skills & experience with e-learning tools, LMS/training platforms
- Experience in developing training programs
- Process and quality-oriented way of working
- Fluent German and English language skills
We are also particularly interested in:
- Experience in healthcare or eHealth
- Experience in Partner Management
- Certification in Training/Coaching (Train-the-Trainer, etc.)
