Your Qualifications:

AI & Tools. You have extensive experience with AI tools – especially Claude co-work/Code, openclaw or similar tools.

Push Marketing Focus. Deep know-how in META and TikTok Ads – you think beyond pure campaign management.

Strategic Thinking. You understand marketing holistically and derive clear actions from data.

Hands-on Mentality. Operational excellence and strategic vision go hand in hand for you.

Ownership. You take responsibility for budgets, performance, and client development.

Analytical Strength. For you, numbers are not just for reporting purposes, but a basis for decision-making.

Communication. Clear, direct, and at eye level – both internally and externally.

Language. Excellent German language skills (min. C1).

Your Tasks:

Push Marketing Owner. You are responsible for the performance of our clients in the paid social area (META, TikTok).

Strategy not just setup. Development and implementation of holistic growth strategies.

AI Integration. Together with our AI Engineer, you will develop new approaches – from campaigns to the post-click experience.

End-to-End Thinking. You don't just optimize up to the click, but consistently think about conversion, funnel, and customer journey.

Client Management. You are a strategic point of contact and actively drive the success of your accounts.

Data-Driven. Analysis, interpretation, and derivation of concrete measures for scaling.

Creative Impact. Close collaboration with the creative team to increase performance in the push area.
